Speaking of vision, I am deeply saddened by the death of the ONLY Gershwin biographer authorized by the Gershwin family, Mr. Edward Jablonski of New York. In collaboration with George Gershwin's close friend Kay Swift, and with Ira Gershwin's help (Ira gave Ed Jablonski their very personal effects)he wrote the definitive and real Gershwin story. Ed Jablonski was invaluable to me with my own music offering me advice and encouragement early on, for which I will remain forever grateful. He approached the Gershwins initially as a fan,(and a very YOUNG man!) and became a beloved friend. His last book was , "Irving Berlin : American Troubador " in 1991. At his death he was working on ,"Masters of American Song", which his family described as a comprehensive history of American popular music. Ed Jablonski also wrote "Harold Arlen: Happy with the Blues" in 1961, as well as biographies of famous aviators and aircraft, his other area of expertise. A national treasure ,and a kind, magnanimous , great human being, Ed Jablonski earned a place in musical history and the hearts of songwriters everywhere.

When I requested the domain registrar remove my demographics from their public database as I did not want the domain any longer, they refused. (several years ago). In an unusual and unreasonable way the registrar stated I must pay a high fee to get rid of the domain. I just waited it out ~3 looooooong years~ finally! Halleluia! The expiration date was January 20,2005. Good Riddance. So long to the name which was purportedly at the heart of the malicious, vicious internet attack. The attack was targeted and personal. Very anti- Christian in nature. I'm so happy to be rid of the domain name songwriter4u.com!!!!

as of Sept.24,2004 one of my my former domains (songwriter-4u.com) reflects a new owner with purportedly a travel business (nothing about songwriting). I made the mistake of clicking the link to see if the harasser had finally found better things to do. Immediately I was innundated with pc problems (virus) and more. Coincidence? I doubt it. The site has an address in the 64. isp block.Please read below and see the extortion attempts and more made from that (Canadian?) isp. As if you don't have better things to do. I'm sure I do.

Much of what was stored on my PC was damaged by hackers, but I do have hard copies and Disc copies of the pertinent emails, including e mails from Casseiopia,Heather, Hayfields, and Lakotagirl101,(claiming to be an ICANN agent and using his name)I have done what WHOA (Working To Halt Online Abuse)says to do and reported the matter to my local police and the FBI. Any law enforcement agent wishing to review the material would be welcome to do so.

Any person with a microscopic bit of compassion realizes the pain and suffering this type of harassment creates~ why was I targeted? Some believe that the remarks made on a certain OTHER songwriter4u site ,created NOT FOR SONGWRITING indicate an individual who was jealous. The emailer stated he paid a judge a huge sum of money, on a Sunday eve. to remove my yahoo site

I was about to take it down anyway, because I don't want to be associated with a server who sponsors child pornography.Yahoo had been sited on the news as the sponsor of the candyman child pornography ring.

IMPORTANT :PLEASE ALERT FBI.GOV with any knowledge of that as they haven't as far as I know caught the perpetrators or leaders.

I filed a report to the CA ATTORNEY GENERAL's office and rec'd a letter back with a statement by a YAHOO exec. that it appeared I had removed the site myself. (I was about to, but it disappeared before I took it down.)Interestingly I had been somehow blocked from purchasing the domain 'songwriter4u.com' for many months(on the YAHOO domain pages). One day I happened to try the purchase from someone else's pc, and it went through without problem,hence more valid PROOF of the pc hacking going on with our pc. The worst viruses/sticky porn(even on children's sites),inability to use parental controls happened while using AOL/NETSCAPE/Compuserve/, and Yahoo.

YES I DO HAVE HARD COPIES OF THOSE EMAILS ALL ORIGINATING FROM STAR NET WHO WON't DISCLOSE THE AUTHOR(s) without a costly CIVIL LAWSUIT. Anyone with info feel free to clue me in. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY VOLATILE STUFF!!! I've had enough. Enough to know that the www has too many freaks, and too few circuses.

I DO know certain persons have admitted writing to me using fictitious identities, making the dis-information that much more complex.

When I owned the domains songwriter-4u.com(with a hyphen), and songwriter4u.com, I featured and or linked to the finest songwriters in the world,IMHO I asked on my former site, the police, and FBI,for help to determine who was harassing our family with targeted porno insults, and doing things like placing bestiality pictures in my guestbook.Much more actually. We've had 2 pc's derailed by hackers. The cost to our family is mounting.Someone had signed us on for 2 additional aol accts. That was straightened out, and a seven month credit was issued.

UPDATE: It's his 50+50+50......only one last payment and its totally not mine anymore...but I know "she's" a happy guitar b'cause the kid is a talent. Even his mom says he sounds great. April 4,2004 UPDATE! Although my name is posted as the owner of songwriter4u.com, THAT IS NOT MY E-MAIL POSTED WITH IT. Many attempts in writing to have the registrar correct this have been ignored. ICANN has not responded to 3 written complaints requesting they remove my name. It is too time consuming to deal with internet registrars who behave like punk gangs. If they want the name they can have it, but to continue to harass me is unconscionable malice. 4/4/04 I am currently trying to have my name removed from the who is data base for the domain songwriter4u.com. Although I have paid to have the domain for over 4 years I am still unable to use it. Usurpers continue to change "who is" contacts for this domain, and redirect it to unsavory sites, while blocking me from re-directing or using the name in a normal manner (Feb. 2004) I do not wish to have my name listed with theirs, and have tried with the registrar to have this remedied to no avail/if you wish specific details, please email me. This nightmare began with the yahoo registrar several years ago. Along with the internet nightmare I have been stalked in person, and I recognize that entity as a brief acquiantance from Aurora , Ontario. (Inquiries from law enforcement agents welcome)
